Oh oh we got in trouble..

Vaccinations are coming up on us and we have several going under the needle... we needed to raise some cash specifically towards getting these vaccinations... so we listed on eBay some Diatomaceous Earth and got more than we expected.

Yes there was a bid placed on the bag and a nice note to follow that informed us that we were in violation of laws and could be in serious trouble. Not cool at all!

We are a honest rescue, we are honest people, we would never do anything intentionally to infringe on anyone's intellectual or tangible property. We wrote back and apologized, and vowed to correct the bag toppers. The gentleman wrote back and commended us on our attempts to fund our rescue and offered some valuable tips and insights into the 'pet food' industry.

Working to get everything corrected and be completely legal in the business of selling pet food stuffs, seeing as how three items we carry could be considered 'pet food', this is something that needs to be addressed.

Pulling the label on the bag purchased and pulled the Diatomaceous Earth from the store. Need to find out a bit more information on how I can lawfully label this product, the gentleman said that I can sell it with their label - I just can't add my own logo to the packaging. I'm not sure I want to go that route or just market it generically under the Beltania Logo.
