Started off a little more than a week ago. I was outside with the animals and noticed my friend's fig tree and thought to give it a look see. Oh my goodness was this tree plump with fat ripe figs.
I harvested that day for my friend and the next day I looked to see if I missed any and there was twice as many as the day before.
I've been keeping the dead leaves picked as well as any fruit feasted upon by the local wildlife. My friend offered the abundance for me to sale at the Farmer's Market. Which I did and sold all but one cup.
Another friend offered me to harvest her tree as well. Her tree is over 20' tall and loaded with fruit.
Put em up on Facebook and sold must all on me.
Now I have another huge fig tree to harvest.
