Sweet little Sally has been in the shelter for 5 months, and has never made it to the adoption floor! She has remained in "no man's land", the intake area of the shelter, where no one but shelter staff has seen her.
We were told she showed some aggression on intake and could not be placed up for adoption. Yet someone must have seen something in her to hold her for so long! Please look at her videos, taken just a few days ago. All you'll see is a friendly, loving little girl...no aggression towards people or other dogs...and yet she still sits in a remote building in the shelter...waiting for death!
Is there no one who will give her the chance she so clearly deserves? We will help with pull, vetting, and transport...we'll even take care of her heartworm treatment. Please don't let her die, alone and unloved...contact me NOW to save Sally.

PLEASE CONTACT COWETA COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL TO ADOPT THIS PET: 770-254-3735. The address is 91 Selt Road, Newnan, GA. Just take a look at gorgeous "Sally". This pretty girl is so well mannered and will sit the instant you ask. She waits patiently for a treat and she will even catch it in the air when tossed! "Sally" walked very nicely when we walked her outside on the lead. She listens well and tries to please. She is such a GOOD girl. We also had "Sally" with another dog and she never showed any signs of aggression. She never growled, started, postured or even had her hackles up. This sweetie desperately needs a safe and loving home or a receiving rescue ASAP. Sadly, "Sally" is scheduled to be euthanized on Friday 11/06/15 due to shelter overcrowding. PLEASE HURRY! This pet has been at the shelter since 06/08/15!!

Akoya, Akoya, grown in the deep, deep sea, or ocean whichever it may be.
Upon starting the jewelry business many years ago a stockpile of freshwater pearls and sea cultured pearls were amassed. The supply of Akoyas were a buyer's delight, but alias the last time I went to their pixel by pixel marketplace on the world wide web the prices have drastically climbed to the point of unbelievability. Instead of trying to drive the prices up even more, I offer what I have at rock bottom prices for these are authentic Akoya Pearls.

New Gig under the Big Top!
The only circus I would even address is my own animal menagerie parading through my best friend's dinning room to the back door. I request/command for the crew to "walk" through, but not JRT Georgia, in her defense she does have the shortest legs of the crew and is usually on double time trying to stay two steps ahead of everyone else.
Had a yard sale today, Lisa and I put the canopy up and set the tables and boy do we have some stuff to sale, did a fair amount, not complaining, will be setting up again - maybe not next weekend but the one after that. A couple of ladies were very interested in the gemstones for jewelry and the the bulk of our earn today was due to the gemstones. Lisa sold one of her bought necklace, that was a good turn for her - she deserved that. What that says is there is another person out there that likes the same things I like, 'I may be on to something here'. It is a form of confirmation that one is doing something right.
Will be looking for venues near for more sales. I love our canopy! Left the tables out there so we can play around with how we would like to set up - we get to play dress up with a canopy - so cool. Look forward to the day I'm setting up a display of remade model horses. So looking forward to that! Stepping away from making jewelry, have all of those items going up for sale. I will give Lisa whatever she wants and bid my addiction farewell - as Lisa has definitely caught it. The only thing I will be keeping are my tools and the sterling silver findings, wire and small gemstones for model horse jewelry - the rest is going up for sale. Been working on that collection for five years - can you imagine how many gemstones I have - yea, no - even more!

How to save a buck or 2
When I had my own horse boarded at a local stable or on my own land I used to get frustrated with people trying to imply that I was associated with horses because of a love of wealth, or trying to live beyond my means. Horses were in my blood, still are just many years away from my beloved beasts being my life line. Some 'horse people' make it all work by the seat of their pants. Its not easy, especially when illness or injury present themselves on a particular bad month of income. What the hell are you going to do? Rob Peter to pay Paul for that bale of hay just so you can call out the vet and hope he doesn't deposit that check until later on in the week, month, etc.
Rode out with my friend for some quality horse time, there is a feller out there that has my interest so I'm always ready to accompany her. Didn't get to spend the time grooming as planned, but instead took care of what needed taken care of and in the process saving a buck or two. Vet visit, medicine, etc can add up fast and most definitely drain a bank account - quick like.
Love that my friend took care of her friend without missing a beat. Kudos Lisa!
Kudos to my friend Lisa - http://t.co/Of02uO3lWF watch her in action (saving $ on emergency)! #girlpower forever #SpeakUp4Dogs
